Eric Ramírez is a young man of 22 years better known as Kalaca Skull or “the Colombian skull man”. In order to resemble a skull, he has transformed his physique with tattoos and various operations. Eric cut his nose and ears, has eye pigmentation to make his eyes look black, has inserted cheekbones, and has a forked tongue (cut in two).

"My passion is to be able to look more like a skull, to form what I really want and what I really have under my flesh, which is a skeleton," he told CNN in Spanish. "All that started from the day my mother died because it is a promise I made to her that I wanted to be unique and with strange things, so I wanted to transform myself into a skull."

The tattoo artist started tattooing at 12 years old and has tattoos on almost his entire body. "I dedicate every tattoo and every modification to the death of my mother and one day come to be by her side."

Although he admits that he is sometimes afraid of surgeries, he has more physical transformations to perform. The young man, who has become a viral phenomenon on social media, confessed to CNN en Español that he wants to remove his nipples and navel. In addition, the New York Post reports that Eric has plans to cut his genitals to look more like a skeleton. The Colombian has shown through his social networks his radical physical transformation.
