Katherine Jackson, 86, the mother of Michael Jackson, says that she has been the victim, for years, of abuse by her nephew and driver, Tren Lamar Jackson, to the point of being afraid to return home.

According to court documents obtained by People magazine, Katherine accuses Lamar of having accessed her bank accounts without permission, has used her credit cards for personal purchases and subjected her to years of mental abuse that have left Jackson in a state constant "fear and confusion".

Additionally, the Jackson matriarch describes Lamar as a manipulative and abusive man, who tricked her into “taking control of her finances.

Katherine also claims to have tried to fire her nephew and ask him to leave the guest house but that he has refused.

At the moment, the old woman is in London visiting her daughter Janet Jackson, although she is afraid to return and confront Lamar, for fear that "it causes physical damage for having fired him."

A judge has guaranteed a restraining order for Trent and forces him to leave the house and return all keys, passwords, and combinations of the property.

The court hearing has been set for March 1, 2017.

Trent Lamar has so far made no statement.
