Liz Gallardo recently narrated in different media the 'hell' that she experienced as a result of an aesthetic procedure that was performed in the beginning of 2018 on her face to try to correct the micropigmentation of her eyebrows and that left scars for life in the face.

“They offered me a procedure that is done with glycolic acid, which is the one they use for chemical peels on the face, and they told me that it was very simple, non-abrasive and quick to recover. And they put acid in a very high concentration that gnawed my skin to a second degree of burn. They literally punched me two holes and it was very difficult to close those wounds,”said the Mexican actress in an interview for the television program Al Rojo Vivo (Telemundo).

The 39-year-old interpreter, who has participated in Telemundo melodramas such as Prisionera and Una maid en Manhattan, explained that three days after the cosmetic procedure, she suffered an allergic reaction on her face that left her face 'with very deep swelling '.

"After three days I woke up with anaphylaxis, which is a life-threatening allergic reaction that can manifest itself in two ways: as it hit me in the face with very deep boxer-like swelling or it can give you airways," he explained..

Although this unfortunate event that narrates happened almost two years ago, it was not until now that the actress dared to raise her voice to prevent other women from doing the same thing to her.

“Obviously it is not pleasant for anyone to see him in this state, but I wanted to raise my voice to more than a year and a half from this personal tragedy so that all women are aware of the decisions we make and our choices and who we trust. I made the wrong choice, I trusted someone who would not deserve it.
