2007 has undoubtedly been the year of changes of look, one subtle and others more drastic. There are many celebrities who have decided to make a change of look, specifically in their hair. Kate Hudson shaved her head for her character in a movie and now that she is growing up she wears her cut with great pride. Elizabeth Gutiérrez, Clarissa Molina, Sofía Vergara and Alejandra Espinoza dared to do their bangs and now they look fresher, and let's not forget Eiza González who recently said goodbye to her long hair. Now it was Katie Holmes' turn.
The actress, who for many years has seen her sport relatively long hair and recently a long bob, decided to make a drastic change. In fact, her shiny, thick and healthy hair has always been one of her best attributes. But that is a thing of the past because the actress was captured with a pixie cut that makes her look youthful and much more modern.
It was while arriving at John F. Kennedy Airport in The Big Apple that Holmes was photographed wearing a super-casual and comfortable outfit of jeans, striped sweater, and red flats. To cover up her new haircut, Holmes wore a suede wide-brimmed hat. However when going through security she had to take it off and obviously a paparazzi was there to capture her new look.
Holmes seems to have been liberated since the secret of her relationship with Jamie Foxx came to light, and what better way to face her new life and happiness than a change like this. Don't you think
In the past stars like Jennifer Lawrence, Miley Cyrus, Halle Berry and Charlize Theron have worn this style very well. Even a few years Holmes herself wore a cut quite similar to this one.
