Water is the most important liquid that we have to consume. This precious liquid not only quenches our thirst, it is an indisputable source of health; of pure life.
It doesn't matter if you drink water from a filter at work or at home, you will always need to drink bottled water. A new study by the University State of New York indicates that water bottles may have small plastic particles called microplastics, explains Fourtune's note. The study sponsored by the non-profit organization Orb Media analyzed 250 bottles of various brands.
Only some of the bottles contained no plastic, while others had thousands of particles. The study does not mention the brands of the bottles, which makes it difficult for the consumer to have an idea of which is the safest for consumption. What is a fact, is that according to Fortune two of the water company mentioned in the study fight these results. Nestle is one of them, and one bottle of its Nestle Pure line allegedly dropped in Orb Media's study, was one that had high levels of particulates; about 10, 390. But don't think that only plastic bottles have these particles. Fortune quotes biochemist Andrew Mayes, who argues that glass water bottles have them, too. That is, they both own it. What you need to be clear about is that Fortune states that the effects that these plastic particles can have on health are not yet known.
