As WPTV reported, Audrey Thornton said yesterday that she deeply regretted the death of the boy Myles Hill. "Sorry," she said, trying futilely to hold back the crying, just hours before the Florida Department of Children and Families issued an order to suspend Little Miracles Academy, which she owns.

Thorton did not answer questions related to the driver or his daycare's transportation regulations. Authorities reported that no criminal charges have been filed at this time, as the case is still under investigation and that the van driver has been collaborating fully with them in this process.
